I am Fatima Baumgartner, a Swiss-trained medical professional with over a decade of hands-on clinical experience. I began my career at 19 and advanced into emergency medicine, working directly alongside physicians in 12-hour shifts between the ages of 20 and 23. My background spans psychiatry, home care, rehabilitation, long-term care, and complex family medical management, giving me a uniquely broad clinical perspective. I have independently operated a medical practice with two physicians — a role that typically requires a team of four medical assistants — while overseeing billing systems, coordination, and staff leadership. This combination of Swiss medical precision, crisis competence, and real-life resilience forms the foundation of my Executive Health Management approach.

My understanding of hormones and the nervous system is rooted in my Swiss nursing background, where I spent years analysing human behaviour, stress responses and emotional patterns in real clinical settings. Over time, my personal interest in neurochemistry and relational dynamics deepened through continuous self-education, reflective practice and exposure to high-intensity social environments that taught me to recognise patterns in people with precision. I have always used my colleagues, physicians and specialists as a knowledge network, and today I collaborate closely with an endocrinologist in Tirana to ensure my perspective remains aligned with current medical thinking. I continuously evaluate my own reactions, patterns and stress responses, which allows me to work from a place of self-regulation rather than theory. My approach is not medical advice but a combination of clinical experience, behavioural observation and lived emotional intelligence. This gives me a neurological and biochemical understanding of human behaviour that many executives find uniquely practical, especially in high-pressure environments where self-awareness and regulation drive performance.

My biohacking intelligence comes from treating my body as a real-time dashboard, not a laboratory experiment. I read my physiology the way an executive reads a balance sheet: breathing tempo, heart-rate shifts on the stairs, recovery speed after training, digestive signals, temperature changes, even how my system reacts after a single night of alcohol. These are not “hacks”—they are performance indicators that tell me exactly when my body is aligned, overloaded or out of rhythm.
I believe every person has a biological timing that cannot be faked: some operate best at 5 AM, others reach peak cognitive power at midnight. High performers collapse when they fight their natural system instead of building a lifestyle around it. My work blends this biofeedback with a deep understanding of hormones and the brain’s regulatory centres, so clients stop forcing productivity and start operating from internal precision.
Biohacking, in my world, is not gadgets or ice baths.
It’s executive self-awareness: knowing your signals, respecting your rhythm, and creating a high-performance life that doesn’t burn through your nervous system.

ProduktbeschreibungI stepped on a bodybuilding stage for the first time at 24 years old, and that moment shaped the discipline that defines my entire life today. I prepared for that show while working 50–70 hours a week, running a small studio, cooking my meals at 1:00 AM and waking up at 4:00 AM. It wasn’t glamorous — it was raw survival, pure commitment, and a belief that the person I wanted to become was worth the sacrifice.
I left Switzerland alone and moved to Albania with nothing but a suitcase, my athletic mindset and the courage to rebuild myself in a place where no one knew my name. Tirana became the city that respected my work ethic and allowed me to create my coaching business from zero. I could have chosen a safe medical career — I had the education for it — but I chose prevention, performance and human potential. I chose the space where medicine and sport overlap, because health is not something you treat; it’s something you build.
Bodybuilding taught me that resilience is not a personality trait — it’s a muscle.
You grow it by doing the hard thing when nobody is watching.
You grow it by training through fatigue, by eating when you have no appetite, by pushing through the final reps when everything in your body screams to stop.
That pain tolerance becomes emotional resilience, strategic thinking and stress capacity. If you can hold the pressure under a barbell, you can hold the pressure of business, leadership, and life.
This is why my coaching is different. I don’t teach motivation. I teach mastery. I’ve lived the discipline required to transform a body, a career and an entire life — and I bring that same standard to every executive who works with me.
